Our Uptime Guarantee is very simple - Your site will be up for more than 99% of the time you host with us. If your site is down for more than 1% of the time within any given month due to iCANx Server issues we will, on your request, reimburse you for the FULL months cost for the web hosting of your site!!

Please note that if circumstances beyond iCANx.com's reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware) lead to downtime on any of our servers, this time will not be included in the downtime recorded.
